Welcome to WebeezLogic (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application and services you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
You must be 18 years or older (or have legal parental/guardian consent) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Certain features may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All app content—brand, logos, text, images, and code—are the property of WebeezLogic or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the extent permitted by law, WebeezLogic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted; continued use of the App after posting constitutes acceptance.
We use Razorpay to process payments. Please see Razorpay's terms & privacy policies for details on their handling of payment information.
All transactions are processed by Razorpay. By initiating a payment within the App you authorize WebeezLogic and Razorpay to charge your chosen payment method for the total displayed at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. WebeezLogic is not responsible for payment delays or failures caused by incorrect card or bank details.
A payment confirmation/receipt will be sent to the email you provide. For any payment-related questions, provide your Razorpay Transaction ID when contacting support.
Users may cancel an order or service within [Insert hours/days, e.g., 24 hours] of purchase provided the service has not been fulfilled or activated. Once a service has been started, delivered, or activated, cancellations are generally not permitted.
Refunds will be considered in the following situations:
Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind, user error, or partial use of services unless specifically agreed in writing.
If you were charged but did not receive service, contact our support immediately with your transaction details. We will coordinate with Razorpay to investigate and resolve the issue.
If you raise a chargeback through your bank or card issuer, we may suspend access to the related account or service pending resolution. We will cooperate with payment processors and banks to resolve disputes.
